Aerial Fitness
Benefits of Aerial Fitness
How aerial fitness develops strength, control and mobility — and who it can suit.
Aerial fitness uses apparatus-based training to build upper-body strength, core control, grip endurance and body awareness.
It can suit people who want a strength challenge with a different feel from floor-based sessions. Beginners can start with fundamentals under coach supervision.
Like any skill-based training, progress comes from regular practice and careful progressions. Aerial is not a medical treatment and should not be used to self-diagnose or treat injuries.
