This privacy notice explains how G Fitness (“we”) process personal data for people who use gfitness.space, register as members, contact us, or use the member / trainer / admin portals.

Data we process

• Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address)
• Account, membership, booking and payment records
• Health declaration answers you submit (special-category data with consent)
• Communications and AI assistant conversation logs when you use those features
• Technical data such as IP address and cookie preferences

Why we process data

To provide memberships and classes, process payments via third-party providers, send operational messages, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages require separate consent.

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, email, WhatsApp Business, payment providers (JCC / PayPal / Revolut) and AI providers (DeepSeek) only as needed to run the platform. Card details are not stored on G Fitness servers.

Retention & rights

We keep data for as long as needed for membership, accounting and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by contacting info@gfitness.cy. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
