Membership freezes, cancellations and class late-cancels follow the plan rules shown at purchase and any written club policy.

Class bookings

Cancel before the session cancellation deadline in the member portal. Late cancels and no-shows may be recorded against your membership.

Request freezes or cancellations via the portal contact options or reception. Refund eligibility depends on the plan and payment provider rules.
